How can I sell your products?
We now have a wholesale form on our website which you can simply and easily fill out and send directly to the correct department. This is located under the contact menu ‘wholesale’. Just fill this form out and we will be in touch with you shortly.
I placed an order but never received an email?
If you have placed an order and not received your order confirmation this can be for many reasons, you may have incorrectly typed in your email address or in the rare case our site may have not sent this. However this is not a problem, if you have registered an account you can login to your account from the ‘my account’ tab at the top right icon of the website and track all your order history and progress. If you haven’t registered, please email us via the contact form on our website which can be found under contact menu.
My coupon code isn't working?
Most coupon codes should work without any trouble as they have no expiry date unless stated otherwise. However if you are entering your coupon code correctly and it doesn’t seem to be working, please email us via the contact form on our website which can be found under the contact menu and a member of our team will resolve this for you as soon as possible.
There is a part of the website not working, what do I do?
If you encounter any issues whilst operating on our site please contact us immediately to inform us of this via the contact form which can be found under the contact, then general enquiries menu.

We have our contact form on our website which is the easiest way to email us, although if you wish to email us directly you can email us at email@example.com. We also have our live chat which is operated by our customer support advisors which will be in the bottom right of the screen when online.
How can I be an affiliate of your products?

Do they contain peroxide?
No! All our products contain no peroxide and are all safe to use products. Read under each product in the description to see the full ingredients and if the product is natural.
Can I eat or drink whilst whitening?
We don’t recommend eating or drinking anything whilst in the process of whitening your teeth. We would advise to wait up to 30 minutes after whitening before eating or drinking.
How long do I use the the teeth whitening strips?
You are only to use the teeth whitening strips for 30 minutes every day, any longer will not have any more effect on the whitening.
Will they whiten my veneers?
Even veneers get natural discolouring and stains, our products help to clean these and remove the stains and will help you whiten them back to the original colour.
Can children use this?
Even though our products are safe to use and peroxide free, we do not recommend providing or allowing anyone under the age of 13 years old to use them.
How long can I expect to wait to see results?
You can normally expect to see results within the first few days of using our products, however these may be subtle differences. You will see your best and final results after the first 7 days of using our products.
Is the Bentonite Clay safe in to use in the Charcoal powder?
Yes, bentonite clay is safe to use in our products. Our Activated Charcoal Powder is to be used and brushed/washed off without consumption.
Who are payments processed by?
Our payment preference is PayPal as this is the fastest way to purchase. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still select checkout with PayPal and pay via debit/credit card or select card payment at checkout upon which you will simply have to enter your card and billing details.
Why have I been charged more than the website stated?
Since we are based in the UK our currency used is GBP and you may have been charged in this currency. Please make sure before confirming your order you have selected the right currency so you have the correct amount you will be paying.
Do you ship Worldwide?
We currently ship to the UK at a cost of £4.00, you can receive Free UK Shipping if you spend £30.00 or more. We ship to Europe at a cost of £6.00 & our Worldwide shipping cost is £10.00.
Why did my payment fail?
In the rare case of card payments failing, we advise you to contact us to make sure your payment has been received for your order. If you are paying via e-cheque your order will take longer to process until payment is confirmed, when paying by e-cheque your order will not apply for our 24 hours dispatch and you will have to wait until the e-cheque has cleared first.
I want to return my item and get a refund
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and wish to return your items we offer a full money back guarantee on all unopened products. You can contact us via our contact form or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we have received your details you can return your products to us and we will refund you the full purchase price of your product.
Who takes care of shipping?
All orders are dispatched by ourselves from the UK via DPD for next day delivery, for the rest of the world including Europe, it will either be shipped via Courier or Royal Mail.
Where is my order?
We dispatch all our orders within 24 hours of receiving them (Monday-Friday) excluding bank holidays. If you do not receive your order within the time frame please contact us and we will resolve your issue ASAP. If you place an order after 2pm your order will be shipped the following day. How do returns or refunds work?
We do provide returns and refunds to all customers who wish to do so. In the case of a return the product must be unopened and posted back to our return address of Doll White, The Hall, School Lane, East Keswick, Leeds, LS17 9DA, UK. Upon receiving your return we will refund the amount of the product.
When will my order be despatched?
We despatch all orders daily until 2pm. If you order after this time it will be despatched the next working day. If you have paid via e-cheque this will take additional time as the cheque won’t clear instantly.
Why is my order taking so long to arrive?
We try our best to ship our products to the customer as fast as possible, although sometimes due to couriers or customs orders may be delayed. Large orders may be subject to customs clearance, which may cause delay to you receiving your parcel.
